TechViewAI Report Connector
TechViewAI Report Connector is a private service by TechViewAI. It connects one organisation's Gmail mailbox to Claude, so its team can turn weekly property-report emails into a checked, branded status report.
This is not a public product. Each installation serves a single organisation. Only the mailbox owner and email addresses the organisation has approved can sign in; everyone else is refused.
What it does
- Lets approved users of Claude search and read the organisation's report emails and their attachments.
- Saves report attachments to the organisation's private storage on the server, so each week's reports are kept together.
- Checks every figure in the finished report against the original attachments before the report is produced.
- Emails the finished report to the recipients the organisation's administrators have chosen.
How Google account access is used
- Sign-in: your Google account confirms your email address, so the service can check you are an approved user.
- Read mail (mailbox owner only): to find report emails and read their attachments.
- Send mail (mailbox owner only, when enabled): to send the finished report to the organisation's own recipient list.
The service never deletes, labels or changes email, and never sends mail anywhere except the recipient list set by the organisation's administrators. See the Privacy Policy for details.
