Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the TechViewAI Report Connector (the "Service") operated by TechViewAI ("we"). The Service is provided to a single organisation (the "Customer") for its approved users. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the Service

• Only the Customer's mailbox owner and the email addresses the Customer has approved. Access can be withdrawn by the Customer or by us at any time.
• You must use your own Google account and keep your access to Claude and to this connector secure.

What the Service does

It lets approved users, through Claude, read the Customer's report emails and attachments, save them, produce a report whose figures are checked against the original attachments, and email that report to the recipients the Customer's administrators have chosen. It never deletes or changes email.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for the Customer's own business purposes and in line with applicable law.
• Do not try to access other people's data, bypass sign-in or security checks, or disrupt the Service.

Reports and analysis

Figures in a report are checked against the source attachments before the report is produced, and the analysis text is generated with Claude. Reports support the Customer's decisions; they are not financial, legal or tax advice. The Customer remains responsible for decisions made using them and for the accuracy of the source data it receives from its own systems.

Your data

The Customer's data remains the Customer's. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will tell the Customer in advance of material changes where we can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and TechViewAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

The Customer may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete its stored data. You can remove the Service's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
